Responsibilities & Requirements:
1. Responsible for leading the entire company to achieve improved business results by meeting or exceeding company goals in gross margin, process control, quality yield, manufacturing cycle time, labor and equipment efficiency, cost, and customer satisfaction. Fully utilize 5,000+ strong workforce, multi-million dollars investment, budget and resources to achieve production value of more than US$300m per annum.
2. Act as a key member of China leadership team involving in the development of 3 year long range plan and daily short term tactical actions. Assist the VP of China Operations in managing MCH business and create competitive advantage in attracting and expanding customer base.
3. Champion Operations Excellence key initiative for the company by installing proper workplace discipline, knowledge management, technical capability and execution culture to be the sustainable best-in-class FPC/A vendor.
4. Interface with Program Management, New Product Introduction, R&D functions to ensure new parts can be produced in the most optimized manner for our customers.
5. Work closely with VP of Engineering in the advancement of process technology, automation and equipment, and technical capability to lead the FPC/A industry and have an edge over our competitors.
6. Develop manufacturing and technical talents for future business needs and provide role model leadership behaviors for peers and subordinates. Create a positive work environment for all employees and foster high employee engagement. Hold subordinate accountable for delivering business results.
7. Provide leadership in institutionalizing manufacturing management tools (such as lean six sigma, DOE, DFM, statistical tools, FMEA, TPM, TWI, KT Method, Gemba walk, etc.).

Job Title → Tax Director (Location: Beijing/Tianjin)

Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Assist the China Controller to achieve overall tax management objectives
• Work with UTC Tax in mitigating tax risks, managing tax audits and dividend payments.
• Oversight of tax compliance.
• Review the existing tax procedures and processes, identify areas of improvement and make tangible improvement
• Manage the tax audits and queries from tax authorities in China.
• Manage the tax credit rating of different entities.
• Effectively manage the VAT work including the VAT filings and invoice issuances by branches and ensure full compliance with the VAT rules and regulations.
• Advise/review on the transfer pricing policy and where applicable review the transfer pricing documentation prepared by external tax advisors.
• Closely follow the regulatory changes relevant to OCL and prepare OCL for the changes.
• Arrange tax trainings to improve the tax awareness of the finance and other relevant departments in OCL.
